As the fall season progresses, so does the great debate: To rake leaves, or not to rake leaves. At stake are tons of leaves filling up municipal landfills. Which explains why some folks, like Anchorage, Alaska garden writer Jeff Lowenfels, say you should leave your leaves on the lawn.  (Try saying that after a couple beers!).
